    Jimmy Hoffa leaves his Lake Orion home about 1 p.m., stops in Pontiac and arrives at the Machus Red Fox restaurant in Bloomfield Township around 2 p.m. to meet with Detroit mob captain Anthony (Tony Jack) Giacalone and New Jersey mobster Anthony (Tony Pro) Provenzano.
